Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept Credit cards and PayPal as main forms of payment method. Other payment methods include major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Litecoin & Bitcoin cash by contacting us directly at Support@quincode.Com

Our Digital Delivery Terms

For products on sale, fast delivery can take Minutes up to 5 minutes. In some strange case, if you don’t receive your details in up to 5 minutes, please contact us or ping us via our live chat!

We deliver your orders digitally via email, including:
– Full instructions – How to download, install and activate the software
– Your genuine product key/s, for example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
– Best Wishes, sometimes followed by surprises 

Note: No physical items dispatched – it’s digital product activation key, not including DVD/CD/OEM STICKERS, etc.

What can I do if I can’t find my delivery in my email?

  1. Please check your spam or junk folder in case you didn’t receive your email.
  2. Please make sure your payment has been completed successfully.
  3. If we need more information or if something does not correspond to you, we will contact you by email.
  4. If you haven’t received any email, make sure your email address is correct and contact us at support@quincode.com

Refunds, returns and exchanges

If the product key/code you received does not activate or if there are any technical issues, we will gladly assist you in resolving the problem. Please contact us at support@quincode.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will address these cases on an individual basis and work towards finding a satisfactory solution.
